have you done second installment of college fees

Colleges demands full fees from students. If students doesn't pay fees then they are unable to attend final exams.

college fees, first installment ,second installment, University exam, University exam fees, covid19, pandemic, learning online, financial crises and so on…..

These are the problems which make students frustrated and increase tension in their heads.

Colleges demand full fees even if students have not seen their college campus. They don't even know the correct address of their college. Only thing is they are attending online classes. This is the real situation of first year students of all colleges.

Here is the letter of one student who are pursuing his education in computer science at pune University.

This letter tells you the facts about college fees !

My few words to my teachers !

I was paid 50% of the required fees ! In the first installment. Due to covid19 pandemic we have lots of financial problems hence the second installment is not done yet. But I believe I will pay the second installment later after 2 months if it's mandatory.

According to my opinion our central minister of education already declared that don't demand college fees from students because there's lots of job losted and we people facing financial crisis. Even colleges demand for college fees. That amazed me !

I would like to give you a few notes....

2. Google form free version.

 (For Tests)

3. Google classroom free version.

(For Notes)

We paid from our pocket

1. Internet recharge for our laptop, mobile Phones for attending lecturers.

2. Our Home electricity for charging our phone, laptop.

3. Home rent while learning at home.

4. We used our sunglasses to protect our eyes from screen light.

5. We used our home water for drinking.

6. We used our home ground for playing.

7. We used our own books for learning.

8. We wear our own face Mask.

9. We asked our extra doubts on Google instead of college teachers.

10.we used our own chair and table for sitting & learning.

I hope my words are true and You understand it clearly and continue to help India be healthier, stronger & smarter.

Yours obedient

One Student.

This letter tells you the facts of the present situation. In covid19 pandemic all students attending online classes. Maybe they are getting Quality education or not but college fees are mandatory according to colleges.

Colleges proving themselves whatever they are doing is business not a service.

Students are their consumers, courses are their products and college their factory.

According to college rules, the first installment, second installment are mandatory for students because they invested billions and millions of dollars in education. If students don't pay full fees then they are not eligible for the final University exam.

This is a very horrible thing happening in education provider institutions.

Government must take essential steps against such colleges which are forcefully demanding college fees from students.

If you have a single drop of  humanity then spread it. We request you please don't force college students to pay full fees.

Value Model vs Reference Model

Value Model vs Reference Model In programming languages, two different models are used for variables.  These are:  Value Model  A variable contains a value. The name of the variable gives its value.  Reference Model A variable contains (say y) refers to another variable (say x) with a value. The variable ‘y’ is used to access the value of ‘x’ indirectly.  The ‘C’ language is based on value model. However, by using pointers, we can implement the reference model. The pointer is used to access the value of a variable indirectly.
